A little about me… I am a Nurse Practitioner. I began my nursing career in 2004. I received my Associates Degree in Nursing from Trident Technical College in Charleston, South Carolina. Then I went onto obtain my Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Nursing from Wilmington University in Wilmington, Delaware. With over two decades of dedicated service in the healthcare industry, I am proud to be a seasoned nurse, specializing in diabetes care and education for over 15 years. As a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, I have passionately guided and empowered individuals under my care to embrace sustainable dietary and lifestyle adjustments, fostering enhanced wellness throughout their lifetimes.

Transitioning into the role of a Nurse Practitioner seven years ago, I have had the privilege of directly treating patients living with diabetes. Through a holistic approach, I strive to not only manage their condition, but also inspire profound changes that promote long-term health and wellness.

Additionally, I practice medical aesthetics, where I have utilized my expertise to provide patients with personalized aesthetic treatments, enhancing their natural beauty and boosting their self-confidence.

Beyond the confines of the medical world, I find joy in various pursuits. I love exploring new destinations, going out for a run, or just tending to my garden and houseplants. I also simply enjoy having down time.

I am dedicated to making a positive impact on people’s lives, both in my professional endeavors and personal interactions. I am always striving for growth and discovery, and eager to learn and evolve along the way.
